Name- Tsumi of the Dead Moon
RL Name-Paul Rehac
Avatar- Tsumi is an interesting Adept Rogue. His wardrobe is that on a cloak. The cloak's key points(Shoudler, waist, arms.) were metal, but still cloth-like. On his chest is a skull and on each cheek is a crescent moon. The tips of the moons each face toward eachother. From his belt hangs two sheaths. These sheathes were simply patches of metal a little thicker than the cloak, with belt straps looping back over. The belt straps made a place where Tsumi's two pistols could be safely held.

Name- Dead Pistols
Looks- The dead pistols are dual flintlocks. They have long barrels, the length of Tsumi's leg. The handle is made of bone and the hammer looks like a skull.

Twin Blade
Name- Sleeping Moons
Looks- These two blades are the length of Tsumi's forearm. The blade's hilts are in the shape of crescent moons, and the blades curve back. The handles are black leather. These blades have the chance to put someone to sleep with a normal attack.

Name- Blade Bone
Looks- This katana had a bone handle. The hilt takes the shape of an X. The blade is the length of Tsumi's leg and it is black. Along the blade is a series of red markings.

Personality- Tsumi is a PK. Therefore he is cold and cruel, and loves the joy of battle. However, he respects power and will befriend anyone with power equal to his. When with friends he is loyal and kind, giving anything and everything for the one who is dear to him.
Why they play the world-He loves battle, Pking weaklings, and wants to escape the cruelties of the real world where he is weak.
Likes- Power, fighting, weapons.
Dislikes-Weakness, boredom, anyone who hurts his friend.
Goals- To become the most powerful hacker of all time.

History- Tsumi began his adventure in the world because of a random access. He had hacked into a japanese person's e-mail and found the access code to the game. He found a way to obtain the game(Though it is exclusively for japan.) and even hack in a translator for english. He now plays The World to PK others and use his hacking abilities to their full potential. He was recruited by CCCorp for a job in the company. He works to keep the peace and stop other hackers. There is no area he can't go and no person he can't find.

Effect-This is a status-based special. If the bullet impacts it will poison the foe.

Name- Splinter Shot
Weapon used- Steam Gunner
Effect- This technique targets all foes. The damage is divided depending on how many enemies, however if used at a high enough level it can take down a large number of enemies at once.

Name- Bone Ram
Weapons Used- Steam Gunner
Effect- This technique utilizes close-ranged attacks. It is a combo that involves three steps. The first, the enemy is thrust into the air by the butt of the gun. The second, the enemy is hit in the spine to push them further up. The third, the user jumps high up and shoots at the opponent's belly, launching them to the ground.

Name- Moon Shot
Weapon Used- Steam Gunner
Effect- This technique allows the user to cause heavy damage in one shot. The shot comes out as a black crescent moon, and is nearly double the power.

Twin Blade
Name- Moonlight Chaos
Weapon Used- Twin Blade
Effect- This technique launches the enemy into the air with a kick. Then the user launches a series of nearly 50 slashes at light-speed. Each slash does low damage, but there are a lot of them.

Name- Assassin's Cloak
Weapon Used- Twin Blade
Effect- This technique is impossible to dodge. It does no damage but has a chance at casting two status ailments. Poison and Paralyze.

Name- Doom Ripper
Weapon Used- Twin Blade
Effect- This technique involves a lot of slashing. The user continuously dashes through the opponent, leaving a mark where he slashed. They do this enough times to create a pentagram that has been circled. This does a lot of damage but must make the first hit to do this damage.

Name- Whirlwind
Weapons Used- Twin Blade
Effect- (This technique was used by Alkaid, YAY!) This technique is a simple technique, the user slashes a certain amount of times and then ends it bay spinning and stabbing the opponent, thrusting them back.

Blade Brandier
Name- Crescent Slash
Weapon Used- Blade Brandier
Effect- This technique is similar to Crescent Shot. However, instead of firing the user slashed forward energy in the shape of a crescent to do heavy damage.

Name- Scattered Moons
Weapon Used- Blade Brandier
Effect- This technique is similar to Crescent slash. However, the energy shot by the slash will split into enough crescents to hit all opponents.

Name- Powder Dust
Weapon Used- Blade Brandier
Effect- This technique is simple. The user charges forward and stabs multiple times, each stab fires out Celestial energy to increase the damage. The final stab is extra powerful, thrusting the opponent back.

Name- Full Moon
Weapon Used- Blade Brandier
Effect- This is the most powerful attack in Tsumi's arsenal. It is a hack ability he created himself. Full moon is impossible to dodge. Tsumi will jump up and create a circle with his blade. The circle will than fill in with energy and fire down, covering every inch of the area.This attack would crush and kill many players. This technique may only be user once per battle, and if it is used too frequently it may destroy Tsumi.
